Happy New Year Sparrows lovers! We have a couple presents for you to start the year off right. Check out the music section for two new live tracks and the press section for our interview from KRVX.

Last up, we’re excited to be on two best of lists. Thanks to Music For Listeners for naming us one of the tops 20 EP’s of 2006 and thanks to Play, who had this to say:
The Lovely Sparrows – “Pulling Up Floors, Pouring on (New) Paint” (Abandoned Love Records): Simply put, if this EP contained five more songs of the same quality as the five tunes on it, “Pulling Up Floors” would be the record of the year. This melodic folk band wraps its songs in more subtle surprises than you can imagine.
